   照燒雞蛋沙拉牛角酥     

 Teriyaki Chicken and Egg Mayonnaise Salad Croissant 
  


1                  croissant
2                  chicken strips
1 1/2 tbsp     Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp            chinese cooking wine
a bit             black pepple
1 tsp            corn starch
1 tsp            olive oil

50g              sweet corn
1                  boiled egg
2 slices         can pineapple
25g              celery
1 ring           onion
3 tbsp           light Miracle Whip
a bit             salad leaves


  1. marinate the chicken with  cooking wine, black pepper, Teriyaki sauce,corn starch, oil for 15~20 minutes always add the corn starch and oil in order to let the herbs or sauce be more absorb by the meat.

  2. drain all the juices out of the pineapple

  3. cut pineapple, celery, onion, egges into pieces & mix with Light Miracle Whip, and chilli until use

  4. pan fry the chicken strips with a bit of oil with low-medium fire.

  5. cut open the croissant and put the egg mayonnaise salad into the croissant , then the 2 cooked strips and salad leaves.

Serve 1
     ** if u want less protein or eat less meat , you can use one strip of chicken instead **
