
INGREDIENTS
1 cup hot cooked ten grain rice or reheated leftover rice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 ring slices onion
1 stem celery
(optional, i added it because i want to have more fibre on my diet)
1 pork chop
( marinated with a bitsalt and pepper, 2 tsp corn starch, for 20 minutes then panfry medium heat it for around 5 minutes or until cooked )
or same amount leftover cooked chicken meat / BBQ pork / raw beef ( if leftover cooked meat ,then no need to marinate)
SAUCE
1/4 cups dashi or chicken stock soup
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp VSOP / Chinese rose wine / cooking wine
